EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At Lavish Style, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 24-hour (1 day) exchange policy for all products purchased from us, under the following conditions:
📌 Exchange Eligibility
You must inform us within 1 day of delivery through call or WhatsApp at 0300-8605215.
If a product is faulty or damaged, you must return it to Lavish Style within 7 days of delivery, including delivery charges. Once we receive the item, we will issue a replacement for the product mentioned on the invoice.
You are required to send photographic evidence of the defective item to 0300-8605215 within 1 day before your claim can be processed.
🚫 Scenarios Where Exchange/Return is Not Possible
We cannot support returns or exchanges if:
- Any item or accessory is missing (price tag, label, packaging, etc.).
- The product is used, damaged, or tampered by the customer.
- The product does not match the original condition in which it was delivered.
- The required replacement size/color is not available.
- The order fails security checks and cannot be processed.
- The customer refuses the product because the shipment was delayed due to weather, logistics, or political issues.
💸 Refund Policy
- Lavish Style does not offer cash refunds or money-back guarantees.
- Refunds are NOT issued under any circumstances.
📦 Order Cancellation
Lavish Style reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Out-of-stock items
- Payment failure or declined transaction

- Customers must pay Rs. 350 for return shipping + packaging when exchanging any product.
